 Each new Commissioner must take and submit a certificate evidencing his/her successful completion of the Maryland Open Meetings Act and basic parliamentary procedure training within ninety (90) days of his/her appointment. The County Executive may remove a Commissioner if that Commissioner fails to complete and evidence the training.
