Commission meetings are subject to the Open Meetings Act and are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The Commission may also hold special meetings and emergency meetings when neccessary.
The public is invited to observe any open meeting. Beyond the requirements of the Open Meetings Act, the Commission generally reserves a portion of its regular monthly meeting for a Community Forum in which members of the public may address the Commissioners.

Public Participation
If you wish to address the Commission during the Community Forum a public meeting, you may complete the Request to Address the Commission form here and will be notified if you are eligible to participate before 12PM the day of the public meeting.
You can also choose to submit written comments to the Commission at any time by submitting your comments through the Submit Written Comments form.
