HOC Housing Path (Housing Path) is an online portal, developed and administered by HOC, that provides HOC customers and Housing Path Waitlist applicants the opportunity to apply and search for housing, update documents, communicate with HOC staff, and more.
Housing Path provides two main functions the Waitlist and the Self-Service Portal:

The Housing Path Waitlist enables new and existing applicants to apply online and manage or update their applications at anytime. The online application can be completed in about 30 minutes, following a simple, step-by-step process to apply for affordable housing programs based on household size, income, age and other factors. Housing Path is currently available in two languages: English and Spanish.

The Housing Path Self-Service Portal (SSP) enables customers to log into an existing account, or create new Housing Path account, to submit self-service requests online, 24/7. The Self-Service Portal portion of Customers can now perform the following self-service requests:
1. General Service Request
2. Submit a General Complaint
3. File a Lease/Program Violation
4. Request an Appeal
5. Request a Reasonable Accommodation
