Kayrine V. Brown, Deputy Executive Director, joined HOC in March 1998 and is responsible for all financial aspects of HOC's multifamily and single-family bond programs. She also manages investment decisions related to the acquisition, rehabilitation, and development activities for HOC. Kayrine served in several roles at HOC, including immediate past Chief Investment and Real Estate Officer.
